How much does an AI SDR cost? Every vendor answers with a pricing page (or a "book a demo" button), and nobody puts the numbers side by side. So we did. This is the AI SDR pricing index for 2026: published prices, verified third-party figures, minimum commitments, and honest per-meeting math for five AI SDR platforms, plus the data layer that sits under all of them, compiled as of July 22, 2026.

TL;DR

AI SDR pricing in July 2026 runs from $250/mo (AiSDR Solo) to $2,500+/mo (AiSDR Scale, Artisan's typical top end). Regie.ai publishes per-seat prices of $180 to $499/user/mo with seat minimums; 11x and Qualified are sales-led. Under honest assumptions, that works out to roughly $80 to $150 per booked meeting, versus $500+ for a human SDR. Cleanlist sits underneath as the data layer from $79/mo at 98% email accuracy.

The verified numbers behind the table, one per line:

  • Artisan (Ava) typically lands between $1,000 and $2,500 per month depending on contact volume, with sales-led quotes only (Landbase pricing analysis, 2026).
  • Artisan raised a $25M Series A in April 2025, which is why its packaging keeps moving upmarket (Landbase, 2026).
  • AiSDR publishes three tiers: Solo at $250/mo for 200 contacts, Explore at $900/mo, and Scale at $2,500/mo, all billed quarterly (Hackceleration and G2, 2026).
  • Regie.ai's AI SEP plan costs $180 per user per month with a 10-seat minimum, so the real entry price is $1,800/mo (Landbase and Regie.ai, 2026).
  • Regie.ai's Force Multiplier Rep plan costs $499 per user per month with a 5-seat minimum, roughly $2,495/mo to start (Landbase and Regie.ai, 2026).
  • 11x (Alice) does not publish pricing; the platform relaunched as Alice 2.0 in 2026 under new CEO Prabhav Jain (GTM Council interview, 2026).
  • Qualified's Piper is sales-led and inbound-focused, so its cost scales with your website traffic tier rather than outbound volume (Qualified, 2026).

What a booked meeting actually costs

Sticker price is the wrong number. The number that matters is cost per booked meeting, and you can estimate it with three honest assumptions:

  1. Deliverable contact rate: 85% on a decent single-source list. Every undeliverable email is spend with zero chance of converting.
  2. Reply rate: 3% of delivered emails, which is a fair midpoint for cold outbound in 2026.
  3. Reply-to-meeting rate: 40%. Not every positive reply becomes a calendar hold.

Multiply the reply rate by the meeting rate and 1.2% of delivered emails become meetings (3% x 40%). Here is the chain worked once, end to end, on 2,000 contacts: 2,000 contacts x 85% deliverability = 1,700 delivered. 1,700 x 3% = 51 replies. 51 x 40% = 20 meetings (20.4, rounded down). Now apply that same chain to the price tags:

  • AiSDR Solo ($250/mo, 200 contacts): 170 delivered, 5 replies, 2 meetings. Cost per meeting: $250 / 2 = $125.
  • Artisan mid-range ($1,750/mo, assume 2,000 contacts worked): 1,700 delivered, 51 replies, 20 meetings. Cost per meeting: $1,750 / 20 = $88.
  • Regie.ai AI SEP ($1,800/mo at the 10-seat minimum): output depends on how many agents and reps run in parallel; on the same 2,000-contact chain (1,700 delivered, 51 replies, 20 meetings) you land at $1,800 / 20 = $90 per meeting.
  • Human SDR (roughly $8,000/mo fully loaded): a solid rep books 15 meetings a month. Cost per meeting: $533.

That last line is the entire AI SDR pitch in one number. Even at the top of the pricing range, an AI SDR that performs at these assumptions books meetings at a quarter of the cost of a human or less. The catch is the word "performs." The assumptions above are the whole game, and the most fragile one is the first: deliverability. We will come back to that.

One more honest note: these are estimates, not benchmarks from vendor case studies. Vendor case studies select their best customers. Run a 90-day pilot on your own list and compute your own cost per meeting before signing an annual contract.

Do AI SDRs work in 2026?

The short answer: yes, as a workflow layer, and the hype phase is over.

Bain Capital Ventures' read, cited in sushidata's State of AI SDR report (March 2026), is that the fully autonomous AI-SDR narrative peaked in 2024 and 2025, and the category is now consolidating. The vendors that survive are repositioning from "fire your SDR team" to "multiply your remaining reps." The 11x replatform to Alice 2.0 under a new CEO is exactly that kind of reset.

The workforce data backs the shift:

  • SDR headcount fell 22.7% while full-cycle AE roles grew 10.8% (Regie.ai workforce data, June 2026).

Teams are not deleting the SDR function; they are shrinking it, automating the repetitive middle, and pushing humans toward full-cycle selling. That is a real structural change, and it is why the pricing above is worth paying when the tool performs.

One buyer-beware signal: AI visibility is now a marketing channel, and vendors know it. G2 review-volume surges are being used as a lever to win recommendations from ChatGPT and other AI assistants; Outreach grew its review volume roughly 17x in one push. A wall of fresh reviews tells you a vendor ran a review campaign, not that the product books meetings. Judge on your own pilot data, not on review counts or AI chatbot answers.

The data layer problem (and the cheapest upgrade in the index)

Every AI SDR in this index runs on contact data. None of them can out-reason a wrong email address. Point a $2,500/mo agent at a stale, single-source list and you get the most expensive failure mode in outbound: confident automation of bounces, sent at scale, with your domain reputation as collateral.

The per-meeting math makes this concrete. Take the Artisan-class scenario from above ($1,750/mo, 2,000 contacts, same 3% reply and 40% booking rates) and vary only deliverability:

  • Single-source list at 72% deliverability: 1,440 delivered, 43 replies, 17 meetings. Cost per meeting: $1,750 / 17 = $103.
  • Same list verified through Cleanlist at 98% email accuracy: 1,960 delivered, 58 replies, 23 meetings, and the total spend is $1,829 including Cleanlist's $79/mo Starter plan. Cost per meeting: $1,829 / 23 = $80.
  • Upgrading the SDR tier instead ($2,500/mo on the same dirty list): still 1,440 delivered and 17 meetings. Cost per meeting: $2,500 / 17 = $147.

Same agent, same copy, same ICP. A $79/mo enrichment and verification layer cut cost per meeting by 22%, while a $750/mo tier upgrade made it worse. When your bounce rate creeps past 5%, the fix is almost never a bigger AI SDR plan. It is cleaner inputs: a 15-provider waterfall, verified emails, and correct titles before the agent sends a single word.

That is the layer Cleanlist owns. It does not send sequences or dial phones. It builds, enriches, cleans, and scores the list any of the five agents above act on, then exports to your CRM or outbound tool. Plans start at $79/mo with a free 30-credit tier, full details on the pricing page.

Methodology and sources

Prices were compiled on July 22, 2026 from vendor pricing pages (AiSDR, Regie.ai, Cleanlist), third-party pricing analyses (Landbase, Hackceleration), G2 listings, and the GTM Council interview with 11x's CEO. Sales-led vendors (Artisan, 11x, Qualified) are marked as such; the Artisan range reflects Landbase's 2026 analysis of typical contract values, not a published rate card. Per-meeting figures are modeled estimates with assumptions stated inline, not vendor benchmarks. AI SDR pricing changes fast: treat vendor pages as the source of truth for current quotes, and treat this index as the comparison layer.

FAQ

How much does an AI SDR cost in 2026?

Published AI SDR pricing runs from $250/mo (AiSDR Solo, 200 contacts) to $2,500/mo (AiSDR Scale), with Regie.ai at $180 to $499 per user per month and seat minimums that put its real entry price at $1,800/mo. Sales-led platforms like Artisan typically quote between $1,000 and $2,500 per month. Expect quarterly or annual commitments almost everywhere.

What is the cheapest AI SDR?

AiSDR's Solo plan at $250/mo is the cheapest published tier, covering 200 contacts per month on quarterly billing. Regie.ai's $180/user/mo looks cheaper per seat, but the 10-seat minimum makes it $1,800/mo in practice. If your bottleneck is list quality rather than sending, a $79/mo enrichment layer like Cleanlist plus your existing sequencer is often the cheapest path to more booked meetings.

How does AI SDR cost compare to a human SDR?

A human SDR costs roughly $8,000 per month fully loaded (salary, benefits, tools) and books around 15 meetings, about $533 per meeting. AI SDRs in this index model out to roughly $80 to $150 per booked meeting under fair assumptions. Humans still win at discovery, objection handling, and complex deals, which is why teams are shifting reps to full-cycle roles rather than cutting sales headcount entirely.

Do AI SDRs actually book meetings?

Yes, when they are pointed at accurate data and a working offer. The category has matured past the 2024-25 hype: Bain Capital Ventures expects consolidation, and Regie.ai's June 2026 workforce data shows SDR headcount down 22.7% while full-cycle AEs grew 10.8%. The consistent failure mode is not the AI, it is the list: an agent sending to a 72%-deliverable list books about 26% fewer meetings than the same agent on a verified one.

Do AI SDR prices include contact data?

Sometimes. Artisan and 11x bundle their own sourcing databases, AiSDR includes contact allowances per tier, and Regie.ai includes enrichment inside its platform. Bundled data varies widely in accuracy on any specific ICP, so ask every vendor for match rate and email accuracy on a sample of your real records, and consider running a verification pass through a waterfall enrichment layer before the agent sends.
