AI agents for sales, CRM and RevOps teams.
Each Cleanlist AI agent runs one go-to-market job on a schedule or when your CRM changes: finding new prospects, qualifying and routing inbound leads, filling and deduplicating Salesforce and HubSpot, researching accounts and reporting on the pipeline. Describe the job to Clu in one sentence and Clu builds the agent. New to the idea? Read what GTM agents are.
The Cleanlist AI Agents library with 12 agents, grouped as Prospecting, CRM hygiene, Research and Reporting. Each card opens that agent's page: its home, its instructions and connections, its trigger, the steps of its play (each step opens its settings), its runs with Clu's review, and its settings. The CRM duplicate cleanup agent opens on its duplicate review, where groups of duplicate Salesforce records wait for a person to approve them before they merge.

How an agent works. Four steps, one sentence to start.
Clu builds the agent from your description, and you approve every step before it runs.
- 01
Describe the job
Type the job in one sentence, or pick a starter. Clu reads your company profile and connections and asks at most four questions.
- 02
Review the play
Clu proposes a trigger and the steps that follow, on the canvas, with their settings. Nothing is saved until you click Accept.
- 03
Test, then turn it on
Run a free test to see which records would enter, or test on 5 records for real results. Clu turns the agent on only after you say yes.
- 04
Read every run
Each run ends with a recap: records in, records written, messages sent, failures and credits. The agent posts to Slack or email where you choose.
Here is the play: every Monday at 9:00, find up to 100 new people who match your ICP, get their work emails, check each one and post the verified ones in #outbound. Review it on the canvas, then Accept to save it.

Questions about agents.
How credits workWhat is an AI agent for sales and CRM work?
An AI agent is software that runs one go-to-market job on its own when something happens: a schedule comes round, a lead joins a list, a deal stalls or a form is submitted. It takes the steps a person would take, such as searching, enriching, researching, scoring, updating the CRM and posting a summary, and leaves a record of what it did on every run.
How do I build an agent in Cleanlist AI?
Describe the job to Clu in one sentence, or pick a starter. Clu reads your company profile and your connected tools, asks at most four questions and proposes a play: a trigger and the steps that follow. You review it on the canvas and click Accept to save it. Clu turns an agent on only after you say yes.
Which plan do agents need?
Building an agent works on Pro, Enterprise and the 14-day Pro trial. Running, testing and turning agents on need Pro or Enterprise. Pro includes 5 active agents across the workspace, from $89 a seat a month. Enterprise runs unlimited agents.
Which CRMs do the agents work with?
Salesforce and HubSpot. Agents can start when a record matches conditions, joins a list, or when a deal changes stage or stalls, and they can look up, create and update records, set owners, log notes and create tasks.
How fast do agents react to a CRM change?
CRM, list and schedule triggers are checked every 30 minutes, and a scheduled agent runs within 30 minutes of its set time. An agent that starts from a webhook, such as a form submission, runs within seconds.
Can an agent spend all my credits?
Every agent Clu builds has two limits you set: records per run, and a credit limit counted across all its runs in a period, a rolling 24 hours or the day, week or month of its schedule. When the agent reaches it, runs stop until the period resets. A verified work email costs 1 credit and a phone number 10, and nothing is charged when a lookup finds nothing. Reading and writing the CRM, routing and posting to Slack cost nothing.
Is Clu an AI SDR?
No. Clu builds and runs agents under your direction: they find the people, enrich and verify them, research, score and keep the CRM tidy. Your team decides who to contact, approves what spends credits and takes the calls.
Describe the job once. Clu builds the agent.
Pick a job above or write your own. Clu proposes the play, you accept it, and it runs on Pro from $89 a seat.
The 14-day Pro trial includes 250 credits and 3 seats to build and review agents. Turning one on needs a paid plan.
