How we calculate true cost per verified contact
Per-contact cost = plan price divided by included credits (or lookups). We take each plan's monthly price and divide it by the volume it actually includes to get a like-for-like rate, then flag the two multipliers the sticker price hides:
- Overage: what you pay once the pool runs out (top-up rates or a forced upgrade to the next tier).
- Seat minimums: per-user tools multiply the entry price by headcount, so a $49/user plan is $245/mo across five reps.
