Outreach Pricing [2026]: The Quote Nobody Publishes

Outreach publishes no price. Here is the real contract shape: four Amplify packages, AI-credit consumption, Vendr's $45,600 median across 914 purchases, and what to ask on the call.

TL;DR

Outreach publishes no price. Every one of its four packages ends in a "Request pricing" button (outreach.ai/pricing, read September 1, 2026). The closest thing to a public number is Vendr's buyer dataset: a median of $45,600 a year across 914 verified purchases, ranging from $8,560 to $213,832. Outreach bills two ways at once, seat-based platform access plus consumption-based AI credits, with 10,000 credits on Amplify Essentials rising to 100,000 on Amplify Pro. There is no free plan and no published trial. Last updated: September 1, 2026.

Last updated: September 1, 2026. Every Outreach figure below was read from outreach.ai/pricing on September 1, 2026, or attributed inline to the dated third-party source it came from. Where Outreach publishes nothing, this guide says so instead of filling the gap with a number.

One housekeeping note that trips up buyers and link checkers alike: outreach.io/pricing now returns a 301 to outreach.ai/pricing, verified by direct request on September 1, 2026. The .ai domain is the live pricing page.

How much does Outreach cost in 2026?

Outreach publishes no price in 2026. Its pricing page lists four packages, Amplify Essentials, Amplify Core, Amplify Plus and Amplify Pro, and each one carries a "Request pricing" button instead of a figure (outreach.ai/pricing, September 1, 2026). The only public anchor is buyer-reported data. Vendr's Outreach buyer guide, built on 914 verified purchases, puts the median contract at $45,600 a year, with observed deals running from $8,560 to $213,832 and average negotiated savings of 12% (vendr.com/buyer-guides/outreach, checked September 1, 2026). For contrast, Cleanlist AI publishes its prices on the pricing page: Starter $49 and Pro $89 per seat a month, Enterprise on custom pricing, with 25% off on annual billing.

Does Outreach publish a price anywhere?

No. Outreach's pricing page states its model in words but never in dollars: "Outreach uses a combination of seat-based pricing and consumption-based pricing powered by AI credits." The page footer adds "Per user pricing. No platform fees. Support included." The FAQ repeats the shape without a figure: "Outreach pricing depends on team size, workflows, and usage of AI-powered and Agent capabilities" (outreach.ai/pricing, September 1, 2026). Every call to action is "Request pricing" or "Get a demo". That is the sales model working as designed, and it means any Outreach price you find in a listicle is either a buyer report or an invention. Cleanlist AI takes the opposite position and puts every number, including the per-credit cost, on the public pricing page.

What are the Outreach Amplify packages, and what is in each?

Outreach sells four packages, distinguished mostly by AI credit allowance and platform limits. Read straight off outreach.ai/pricing on September 1, 2026:

PackageAI creditsAPI callsCustom objectsKnowledgePublished price
Amplify Essentials10,000250,0005500 MBRequest pricing
Amplify Core25,000250,0005500 MBRequest pricing
Amplify Plus (Most Popular)50,000500,00010750 MBRequest pricing
Amplify Pro100,0001,000,000201,500 MBRequest pricing

Essentials is the conversation-intelligence and coaching entry point. Core is the sequencing and pipeline-creation package. Plus combines the two and adds live meeting guidance. Pro adds forecasting, territory management, multi-currency parallel forecasts and Advanced Managed Services. All four list Outreach MCP (Server and Client) and Data Enrichment as included capabilities. For a package structure with published prices, Cleanlist AI's paid plans are Starter at $49 per seat a month for 750 credits per seat, Pro at $89 per seat for 1,500 credits per seat with REST API v2 and agents, and Enterprise on custom pricing.

What is a realistic annual number for a team of five on Outreach?

Outreach does not publish enough to compute one, and this guide will not invent one. What can be said honestly: Vendr's dataset bottoms out at $8,560 a year, and its guidance is that volume discounts "typically begin around 20-25 users and increase at higher thresholds (50, 100, 250+ users)" (vendr.com/buyer-guides/outreach, September 1, 2026). A five-seat team sits below every discount threshold in that dataset, so it pays close to list and carries the full onboarding fee against a small user base. Add Vendr's professional-services band of $5,000 to $25,000 and the first-year total for five people is dominated by fixed costs. For the same five people, Cleanlist AI Pro is $445 a month (five seats at $89), $5,340 a year, or $4,020 on annual billing, with no implementation fee. Teams running this comparison usually land on the outbound use case, where the data and the sending stack are bought separately.

What is the Outreach seat minimum?

Outreach publishes no seat minimum. The word does not appear on the pricing page, and the FAQ never states a floor (outreach.ai/pricing, September 1, 2026). Any specific number you see quoted, 10 seats, 25 seats, is somebody's recollection of their own quote rather than a published term. What Vendr's 914-purchase dataset does show is where the pricing curve bends: discounts start around 20 to 25 users. Read that as the practical floor for getting a competitive rate rather than as a minimum to sign. Cleanlist AI publishes its seat terms: neither Starter nor Pro has a seat minimum, and Enterprise is priced by quote.

What is the Outreach contract term?

Outreach does not publish a term. Vendr's dataset is expressed entirely in annual contract values, and its negotiation guidance names "multi-year commitments" as one of the primary levers buyers trade for discount, which tells you the default shape is at least a year and often longer (vendr.com/buyer-guides/outreach, September 1, 2026). Nothing on outreach.ai/pricing offers monthly billing or a self-serve checkout. Plan for an annual commitment with an auto-renewal clause and negotiate the renewal cap before you sign the first term, because that is the cheapest moment to do it. Cleanlist AI bills month to month by default, and the 25% annual discount is optional rather than the only option.

What is metered on Outreach, and what runs out?

AI credits are the meter. Outreach defines the unit precisely: "An action is a specific AI-powered task performed by the platform, such as generating a personalized message or completing an individual search, each defined with clear, measurable criteria and a predictable credit cost" (outreach.ai/pricing FAQ, September 1, 2026). Credits are deducted per action and can be topped up: "If your team needs more credits than what is included in your plan, you can purchase additional credit packs at any time." API calls, custom objects and knowledge storage are separately capped per package. Outreach does not publish the credit cost of any individual action, so you cannot model your own consumption before the call. Cleanlist AI publishes its whole meter: 1 credit for a verified email, 10 for a phone number, 11 for both, 1 for a company enrichment, 0.2 per lead for CRM or sequencer sync, 0.5 to 3 per lead for skills, and 0 credits for search.

What are the hidden costs of Outreach?

Three, and only one of them is on the pricing page. First, professional services: Outreach's FAQ says services "range from self-serve packages to complete implementation and training packages" and are quoted separately, and Vendr's dataset puts onboarding at $5,000 to $25,000 or more depending on complexity. Second, add-ons: the FAQ names Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses as purchasable extras, and Vendr reports add-ons can raise total cost by 20% to 40%. Third, credit overage, since credit packs are bought on top of the package allowance. Cleanlist AI has no implementation fee and no overage, and its one add-on, one-off credit top-ups, is priced on the same page. When credits run out, credit actions pause until you add credits or the plan renews.

How does Outreach compare per verified contact?

They do not meter the same thing, and the honest comparison says so. Outreach meters AI actions and seats; it is a sales execution platform with a dialer, sequencing and forecasting, and its Data Enrichment line is a feature inside that platform rather than the product. Cleanlist AI meters contact data and nothing else, through waterfall enrichment across 25+ providers. Cleanlist AI: Best for teams that want the contact data priced separately from the sales stack. It runs waterfall enrichment across 25+ providers and charges 1 credit per verified email and 10 per phone number, with search costing nothing, starting at $49/month. On Starter that is $0.065 per verified email and $0.65 per phone number. Outreach publishes no per-contact figure at all, so a like-for-like number does not exist.

Does Outreach have a free trial or a free plan?

Neither is offered on the pricing page. There is no free tier, no self-serve signup and no trial mentioned anywhere on outreach.ai/pricing as of September 1, 2026. The only entry paths are "Request pricing" and "Get a demo". That matters more than it sounds: you cannot evaluate Outreach against your own data before a sales conversation, so your evaluation criteria have to be set before you see the product. Cleanlist AI starts every new workspace on Pro for 14 days: 250 credits, 3 seats, every Pro feature, and the Free plan afterwards is $0 for 50 credits a month.

How does Outreach pricing compare to Salesloft?

Both refuse to publish. Salesloft's pricing page has a section headed "Pick your winning plan" and then no plan names, no prices and a form to "request a 15-minute intro call" (salesloft.com/pricing, September 1, 2026). The difference shows up in the buyer data. Vendr's median is $45,600 a year for Outreach across 914 purchases against $30,740 for Salesloft across 704 purchases, so Outreach lands roughly 48% higher at the median. Salesloft is also the only one of the two with published per-seat bands in Vendr's guide, at $60 to $85 per user per month for Essentials. If your shortlist is these two and budget is the constraint, Salesloft is the cheaper starting point on the evidence available. Neither is a data source: Cleanlist AI supplies the verified email and phone number these platforms then sequence and dial, at 1 credit and 10 credits, from $49 a month.

What should you ask on the Outreach pricing call?

Six questions, in this order, and write the answers down. One: what is the per-seat list price for each Amplify package, before discount. Two: what is the credit cost of each AI action we will actually use, in a written table. Three: what does a credit pack cost per 1,000 credits. Four: what is the implementation fee and can it be waived or staged. Five: what is the annual uplift cap at renewal. Six: which of Data Sharing, Connectors, Additional Instances and Listener Licenses do we need for our CRM, and what does each cost. Vendr reports 12% average savings on this contract, and every point of it comes from knowing these numbers before the second call. Bring a published-price comparison into the room: Cleanlist AI lists Starter at $49 and Pro at $89 per seat a month, with the full credit table on the same page, which makes it a usable anchor for what transparent per-unit data pricing looks like.

Who should buy Outreach, and who should not?

Buy Outreach if you run a large, structured revenue org where sequencing, dialer, conversation intelligence, deal management and forecasting need to live in one system with one admin surface, and where a 20-plus seat count gets you to the discount thresholds. It is genuinely strong at that job and Amplify Pro's forecasting suite has no equivalent in a data tool. Do not buy Outreach as a data source. Its enrichment is a platform feature, its price is invisible until you talk to a rep, and a five-person team pays close to list plus a five-figure onboarding fee. If what you need is verified email and direct dial in a CSV or a CRM, buy that separately and keep the meter visible. Cleanlist AI: Best for teams that want the contact data unbundled from the sales platform. It runs waterfall enrichment across 25+ providers and charges 1 credit per verified email and 10 per phone number, with search costing nothing, starting at $49/month.

Every Outreach figure above came from outreach.ai/pricing or from the named third-party source, read on September 1, 2026. Quote-based pricing changes without notice and without a changelog, so treat any number older than a quarter as folklore. The companion guide to this one is Salesloft pricing, the other major sales engagement platform that publishes nothing.
