Built by operators, for operators
We ran GTM teams for years before Cleanlist AI. At every company we rebuilt the same playbooks from scratch, and each one left with the person who built it.
Now we build agents that run GTM, so the playbook stays when people move on.

We built this for ourselves first. Then people asked to buy it.
We kept building the same playbooks (outbound, inbound, intent-based, ABM). Each one meant five or more tools held together with custom integrations, and a lot of hoping nothing broke.
We tried most of what was on the market. The workflow builders needed a GTM engineer to set up. Single-source enrichment had gaps in exactly the segment we sold into, and the point tools didn't talk to each other.
So we built Cleanlist AI for our own team, to let a new hire run the motion in their first week. It saved us enough hours that we started letting other teams in.
They use it the way we did: Clu finds the people, fills in the emails and phone numbers, and writes the list into the CRM they already run.
The Weekly ICP outbound agent running its play once: new people matching your ICP, a qualification agent, enrichment, a sync to Salesforce and a Slack notification. The run completes with 25 records.
The three people who build it.
Operators and engineers out of Float, Keep, Shopify, Amazon, Intuit and Litmus.
Levon leads the company. He was previously Head of GTM Operations at Float, Canada's leading corporate spend management platform, where his growth program doubled outbound pipeline and lifted the following quarter's outbound revenue projection by 175%, winning the company's award for most impactful initiative. Before Float he was Growth Lead at Keep, where he built the outbound engine to 100+ meetings a month, and he grew HUI Consulting from 2 to 25 people, generating $25M+ in client pipeline in a year. He studied Retail Management at the Ted Rogers School of Management.
Sal owns product and engineering. He has shipped production systems at Shopify, Amazon, Intuit, and IBM, and as a senior engineer took Stan's flagship product, Stanley, from launch to roughly $2M ARR in two months. He bootstrapped a development agency past seven figures, maintains open-source NestJS boilerplates, and publishes practitioner papers on production LLM systems, from eval-driven development to agent architectures and production RAG. He holds a BSc in Computer Science and Statistics from the University of Toronto.

Victor runs growth and marketing. He spent 5+ years in growth and performance marketing before Cleanlist AI: as the only marketing hire at the ecommerce startup EffyDesk, he solely managed a $100K+ per month ad budget for three and a half years and drove more than $15M in profitable revenue at a 3.5 to 5.5 ROAS, scaled LearnToCut from $0 to $150K per month, and led demand generation at Litmus across ABM and paid for Fortune 500 and industrial enterprise accounts. He co-founded the growth agency Engagence and was Chief of Staff, then marketing director, at Risedesk, where his work generated $1.2M in revenue. He holds a BBA in Management from the University of Toronto's Rotman Commerce and is a Mensa member.
What we believe.
Four things we decided early and haven't had a reason to change.
- 01
Operators first
We ran outbound ourselves before we sold a tool for it. Most of the roadmap started as something one of us needed and couldn't buy.
- 02
Start from a working agent
Clu builds the agent from one sentence and you change the steps that don't fit your team. You don't need a GTM engineer to build it from a blank canvas.
- 03
Work on the stack you have
Cleanlist AI writes to HubSpot and Salesforce, and its agents add people to Lemlist campaigns and Salesloft cadences, so you keep the tools you already run.
- 04
Publish the sample size
98% verified work emails and 85% phone numbers, measured on a 500-lead stratified test we publish.
How we got here. From our own outbound to agents that run it.
- Before 2024
The same playbooks, rebuilt at every stop
GTM at Float, Keep and Litmus, and production systems at Shopify, Amazon, Intuit and IBM. Each stop meant stitching five or more tools together again.
