The short answer
The best LinkedIn Sales Navigator alternatives are Apollo for a free database with emails and phone numbers, Cleanlist AI (our product) for verified emails and phone numbers on the people you find, and Kaspr or ContactOut if you want to keep searching on LinkedIn and add the contact details. Sales Navigator Core costs $119.99 a seat a month, or $1,079.88 a year, and LinkedIn's plan table lists no email addresses or phone numbers (read November 4, 2026). Apollo Basic is $49 a seat a month billed annually, and Cleanlist AI Starter is $49 a seat a month, or $37 billed yearly. With an enterprise budget, ZoomInfo and Cognism sell contact data by quote.

Disclosure: Cleanlist AI publishes this page and is second of the 8 tools, labeled as our product. Lusha and Wiza supply data to Cleanlist AI, so we credit them after the list, unranked. The order is our editorial pick for a team replacing or topping up a Sales Navigator seat, and it carries no score: tools with a free way in and a published price come first, and quote-only tools come last. We ran no new test for this page. Where we cite an earlier test of ours, we say what it measured.
Why teams look for a Sales Navigator alternative
Sales Navigator is LinkedIn's sales plan. LinkedIn's compare-plans page lists 50+ search filters, alerts on job changes and new content, and 50 InMail messages a month on every plan, and you save the leads and accounts you find to lists. Our Sales Navigator pricing guide covers the three plans in detail, and our Sales Navigator review gives the verdict on the product itself. This page is about what to use instead, or next to it.
Three gaps send teams looking:
- No contact details. The plan table lists no email addresses or phone numbers at any tier, so reaching someone off LinkedIn needs a second tool anyway.
- The seat price. A seat is $1,079.88 to $1,799.88 a year on annual billing, before the tool that finds the email.
- LinkedIn only. Every search runs on LinkedIn members, and messages inside it run on InMail credits.
So start by deciding which job you are replacing.
| You want to replace | Look at | What you give up |
|---|---|---|
| The search, with contact data included | Apollo, Cleanlist AI, Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, Cognism | InMail, TeamLink and alerts on LinkedIn activity |
| Only the missing contact data | Kaspr, ContactOut, or a Cleanlist AI upload of your list | Nothing, since you keep the seat |
| The work around the list | Clay | Setup time, and data bought by the credit |
The 8 alternatives, one by one
1. Apollo: best free replacement for search and contact data
Apollo pairs its own database, 240M contacts and 30M companies by Apollo's count, with sequences, a US dialer and CRM sync. Free is $0 with 900 credits a seat a year, granted monthly. Basic is $49 a seat a month, Professional $79 and Organization $119 with a 3-seat minimum, all billed annually, with 30,000, 48,000 and 72,000 credits a seat a year. Apollo says annual billing saves 24%. An email costs 1 credit and a phone number 8, and unused credits expire at the end of each billing cycle. In our 100-lead test, Apollo returned a verified email for about 80% of leads and a phone number for about 45%; the benchmark write-up has the method.
Best for: small teams that want to search, email and call from one seat, starting on a free plan.
2. Cleanlist AI (our product): best for verified emails and phone numbers on every person you find
Disclosure. We make Cleanlist AI. Its 98% verified email and 85% direct dial figures come from our own 500-lead benchmark, which named no other vendor.
Clu, Cleanlist AI's GTM agent, finds buyers across 1B+ profiles from a one-line description or from People Search filters, then gets a verified work email and phone number for each person you keep, asking 25+ data providers in turn. Search costs 0 credits. A verified email is 1 credit and a phone number 10, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing. It also works on the list you already have: paste LinkedIn URLs or upload a file built from Sales Navigator, and it fills in the contact columns. The MCP server comes with Starter, and HubSpot or Salesforce sync with Pro.
What it does not replace: People Search has about 24 filters to Sales Navigator's 50+, there is no InMail and no intent data, and the job-change trigger rechecks each watched contact monthly or every two weeks, so it does not alert in real time. If those features matter, keep one Sales Navigator seat for research and use Cleanlist AI for the contact data.
Our product
Cleanlist
Best for: lean GTM teams that want one platform in place of 3 to 5 tools: AI agents that find buyers, get verified emails and phone numbers from 25+ providers and send the sequences.
Cleanlist AI publishes this page. Accuracy figures are from our own benchmark, not a third-party test.
Cleanlist AI runs waterfall enrichment across 25+ data providers in sequence and stops at the first deliverable result, at 1 credit per verified work email and 10 per phone number. A missed email or phone number costs nothing. It returns 98% verified work emails and 85% phone numbers on the Cleanlist AI 500-Lead Enrichment Benchmark, which is our own test run on a 500-lead sample. Plans start at $49 per seat a month.
Clu, Cleanlist AI's GTM agent, turns one sentence into an agent that searches 1B+ profiles, enriches and verifies every person it finds, adds them to a sequence and posts each run to Slack, every week or on a CRM trigger.

Cleanlist AI owns no contact database: each record comes from its providers when you ask for it. The People Search page shows the filters you search with.
3. Kaspr: best for adding phone numbers while you keep LinkedIn
Kaspr's Chrome extension shows verified phone numbers and emails on LinkedIn profiles, groups and events, and works on top of Sales Navigator from the Starter plan. Free gives 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits a month. Starter is $49 a user a month billed annually, or $65 monthly, with unlimited B2B email credits, 100 phone credits a month and up to 12,000 exports a year. Business is $79 a user a month billed annually, or $99 monthly, with 200 phone credits a month and up to 30,000 exports a year. Unused monthly credits roll over to the next month.
Best for: reps who keep searching on LinkedIn and want to call the people they find.
4. ContactOut: best for a few lookups a day
ContactOut finds emails and phone numbers through a browser extension and a search portal. Free gives one user 5 emails, 5 phones and 5 exports a day. Email is $49 a month billed annually, with unlimited emails and 300 exports a month. Email + Phone is $99 a month billed annually, with unlimited phones and 600 exports a month. The page shows $99 and $199 struck through beside those prices, each paid plan is limited to one user per company, and team and API plans are quoted.
Best for: founders and recruiters who need a handful of contacts a day.
5. Clay: best for teams that want to build their own workflow
Clay is a table where each row runs through the data providers and AI steps you connect. You bring the list, from Sales Navigator or anywhere else, and Clay fills in the columns you ask for. Free includes 500 actions and 100 data credits a month with unlimited seats and tables, and it does not include phone number enrichment. Launch is $185 a month, or $167 a month billed annually, for 15,000 actions and 2,500 data credits a month. Growth is $495 a month, or $446 billed annually. Annual billing saves 10%.
Best for: RevOps teams and GTM engineers who want to design the workflow and buy data by the credit.
6. Seamless.AI: best for real-time lookups in the browser
Seamless.AI says it finds cell phones, emails and direct dials for B2B professionals on any website, from a Chrome extension and a web app. It is free for up to 50 credits, and when an email it returned is invalid, it refunds the credit automatically. Paid plans are quoted: the pricing page is a demo form with no figures on it.
Best for: reps who research one account at a time and want a phone number for it.
7. ZoomInfo: best for enterprise teams with a data budget
ZoomInfo sells contact and company data for prospecting, enrichment, account-based marketing and other uses. Its pricing page prints no price. It sells custom packages based on your use cases, prices its API, MCP and CLI access by usage, and offers a free trial. In our 1,000-lead test in March 2026, ZoomInfo matched 84% of emails and 67% of mobile numbers, against Apollo's 78% and 41%.
Best for: enterprise teams that buy data for sales and marketing under one contract.
8. Cognism: best for phone-verified mobile numbers
Cognism sells B2B emails and phone-verified mobile numbers, and its intent data comes from Bombora. The pricing page lists two sales plans, Standard and Pro, each with 5 seats included and priced on the product, the team and the usage. One credit reveals one contact, and viewing a contact you already revealed is free. It publishes no price.
Best for: teams whose reps spend their day on the phone.
Lusha and Wiza (supplier credits, unranked)
Both are common picks for adding contact details to a LinkedIn search, and both supply data to Cleanlist AI, so we credit them here and leave them out of the ranking.
- Lusha has a free plan with up to 40 credits a month. A verified email costs 1 credit and a phone number 5 (pricing page, read November 4, 2026).
- Wiza finds emails and phone numbers from its Chrome extension and sends contacts in bulk to a spreadsheet or your CRM. Its free plan includes 20 valid emails and 5 phone numbers.
What one seat costs for a year
Sales Navigator's price buys the search. The tools above price the search, the contact data or both, so compare what a year of each buys. Every figure below is list-price arithmetic for one seat, from the vendor's own page on November 4, 2026.
| Option | One seat for a year | Emails and phone numbers included |
|---|---|---|
| Sales Navigator Core, annual | $1,079.88 | None |
| Sales Navigator Core, monthly | $1,439.88 | None |
| Sales Navigator Advanced, annual | $1,799.88 | None |
| Apollo Basic, annual | $588 | 30,000 credits: 1 per email, 8 per phone number |
| Cleanlist AI Starter, annual | $444 | 750 credits a month: 1 per verified email, 10 per phone number |
| Cleanlist AI Starter, monthly | $588 | The same 750 credits a month |
| Kaspr Starter, annual | $588 | Unlimited B2B emails, 1,200 phone credits |
| ContactOut Email + Phone, annual | $1,188 | Unlimited emails and phones, 600 exports a month |
| Clay Launch, annual | $2,004 | 2,500 data credits and 15,000 actions a month |
| Seamless.AI, ZoomInfo, Cognism | Quote | Set in the contract |
Two things move the real number more than the list price. The first is whether a lookup that finds nothing still costs a credit: at Cleanlist AI it costs nothing, and the other vendors set their own rules. The second is whether you keep the seat. Kaspr and ContactOut work on the LinkedIn profile in front of you, so they pair with free LinkedIn or a Sales Navigator seat. One Core seat on annual billing plus a Cleanlist AI Starter seat billed yearly is $1,079.88 + $444 = $1,523.88 a year for the search and the contact data. For the wider market, our B2B lead finder tools comparison compares 11 lead finders and their cost per contact, with prices checked October 30, 2026.
Keep your LinkedIn search and add the contact details
You can keep finding people on LinkedIn, with or without Sales Navigator, and get their contact details elsewhere. Pick the route by how many people you have.
- One person, from a LinkedIn profile. Copy the profile URL and paste it into the free LinkedIn email finder. It returns the email, name, company and job title, with the phone number masked. You get 2 free lookups per IP every 30 days. The free lookup checks one provider and does not verify the address, so run it through the email verifier, which also gives 2 free checks, before you send.
- One person, from a name and a company. Type both into the email finder. The address comes back inside a free Cleanlist AI workspace.
- A whole list. Put first name, last name, company and LinkedIn URL in a CSV. Sales Navigator has no CSV export of its own, so our export guide shows how to build the file. Upload it to Cleanlist AI and choose emails, phone numbers or both. Each row runs through 25+ providers until one returns a verified result.
What it costs: a verified email is 1 credit, a phone number 10, and both on one row 11. A row with no result costs nothing. The 14-day Pro trial, which asks for a card, comes with 250 credits: enough for 250 verified emails, 25 phone numbers, or a mix. After the trial, the Free plan keeps 50 credits a month, and each Starter seat adds 750 to a shared balance.

Which Sales Navigator alternative fits your team
- You want to start free: Apollo's free plan, or Kaspr's and ContactOut's free allowances on top of free LinkedIn.
- You want to drop the seat and get contact data: Apollo or Cleanlist AI.
- You want to keep LinkedIn and add phone numbers: Kaspr or ContactOut.
- You want to build the workflow yourself: Clay.
- You have an enterprise budget and a yearly contract is fine: ZoomInfo or Cognism.
- You are cancelling: read how to cancel LinkedIn Sales Navigator first, because LinkedIn removes saved leads, saved accounts and messages when you cancel.
Frequently asked questions
Is there a free alternative to LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
Free LinkedIn search still finds people, with fewer filters and a commercial use limit on browsing. For contact data, Apollo's free plan gives 900 credits a seat a year, Kaspr Free gives 15 email and 5 phone credits a month, ContactOut Free gives 5 emails and 5 phones a day, and Cleanlist AI's Free plan keeps 50 credits a month after the trial. Each is enough to test on a small list before you pay.
What is the cheapest alternative to Sales Navigator?
For a seat that includes contact data, Apollo Basic and Cleanlist AI Starter both list at $49 a seat a month, which is $588 a year, and Cleanlist AI Starter billed yearly is $444. Inside LinkedIn, Premium Business costs less than Sales Navigator. Our LinkedIn Premium cost guide compares the two plans.
Can another tool replace Sales Navigator completely?
Partly. The search and the contact data can move to another tool. InMail, TeamLink on Advanced and alerts on LinkedIn activity only work inside LinkedIn, so teams that depend on warm introductions usually keep one seat and move the rest of the work elsewhere.
Are LinkedIn scrapers a safe alternative?
They carry account risk. LinkedIn's User Agreement, effective November 3, 2025, bars software, browser plugins and add-ons used "to scrape or copy the Services, including profiles and other data from the Services". Our Sales Navigator scraper guide covers how those tools work and what can go wrong.
How do I cancel LinkedIn Sales Navigator?
On Core, go to Settings & Privacy, then Subscriptions & payments, and cancel in LinkedIn Admin Center under Purchases. On Advanced, only the purchaser admin can cancel, from Admin Center inside Sales Navigator. Access runs to the end of the billing period. Export your saved leads first: how to cancel LinkedIn Sales Navigator has every path, the refund rules and an export checklist.
