Each meeting's title, date, attendees, Fathom summary, action items, topics and a link back to Fathom sync every 30 minutes. Transcripts are not stored.

On the Integrations page, anyone in the workspace connects Fathom once. It reads the meetings that person can see in Fathom.

First sync
The last 30 days of meetings sync into Knowledge, then new ones every 30 minutes.

Ask Clu about an account, or start an agent when a Fathom call is recorded.
Are transcripts stored?
No. Cleanlist AI stores each meeting's summary, action items, topics, keywords, attendees and a link back to Fathom.
Whose meetings does Cleanlist read?
The meetings the person who connected Fathom can see there: their own, and the ones shared with them in your Fathom team.
What happens when I disconnect Fathom?
Synced meetings are removed from Knowledge and new ones stop syncing. Recordings and notes stay in Fathom.
How do I fully revoke access?
Disconnect Fathom on the Integrations page, then remove Cleanlist in Fathom's settings. Fathom has no revoke API, so the second step is what ends access.
