TL;DR

Kaspr Starter is $49 per user per month billed annually, or $65 billed monthly. Business is $79 billed annually, or $99 billed monthly. Both include unlimited B2B email credits. Starter includes 1,200 phone credits and 60 direct email credits a year; Business includes 2,400 of each. The free plan is $0 with no card and gives 15 B2B email, 5 phone and 5 direct email credits a month, against a hard 100-export lifetime cap and no credit rollover. Exports are capped even on paid plans: 12,000 a year on Starter, 30,000 on Business. All figures read from kaspr.io/pricing on September 1, 2026. Last updated: September 1, 2026.

Last updated: September 1, 2026. Every Kaspr figure below was read from kaspr.io/pricing or kaspr.io/about-us on September 1, 2026, and the URL is named inline. Kaspr states on its own about page that "Kaspr is part of Cognism" and that "Kaspr joined Cognism in 2022", so treat it as the self-serve entry point into that data estate rather than an independent vendor.

Kaspr is a LinkedIn-first contact data tool: a Chrome extension that reveals phone numbers and emails on profiles, plus lists, workflows and CRM integrations. That puts it in the same aisle as Cleanlist, so this guide prices Kaspr accurately first and then says plainly where the two meters differ.

How much does Kaspr cost in 2026?

Kaspr costs $49 per user per month for the Starter plan billed annually, or $65 per user per month billed monthly. Business is $79 per user per month billed annually, or $99 billed monthly. In euros the same plans read €45 and €59 for Starter and €79 and €99 for Business (kaspr.io/pricing, checked September 1, 2026). Enterprise is custom. There is a genuine free plan at $0 with no credit card. Annual billing saves $16 a month per user on Starter and $20 on Business, which is $192 and $240 a year per user. Kaspr's pricing page prints no minimum seat requirement on either paid plan.

What does the Kaspr free plan actually give you?

The Kaspr free plan is $0 a month with no credit card, and it gives 15 B2B email credits, 5 phone credits and 5 direct email credits per month (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). Five phone credits a month is 60 direct dials a year. It includes the Chrome extension, lead management, CSV enrichment capped at 3 launches a month and 25 rows each, one enrichment workflow, and basic integrations with Salesforce, HubSpot, Pipedrive, Aircall, Ringover, Lemlist, Brevo and Zoho, under GDPR and CCPA compliance. The constraints are where it bites: a 100-export limit, no shared credits, no credit rollover, no Sales Navigator or Recruiter Lite access, no API and no Zapier. It is a real evaluation tier, not a working plan.

What does Kaspr Starter cost and include?

Kaspr Starter is $49 per user per month on annual billing (€45) or $65 monthly (€65 equivalent, listed as €59). It includes unlimited B2B email credits, 1,200 phone credits a year and 60 direct email credits a year, which on monthly billing appear as 100 phone and 5 direct email credits a month. On top of the free plan it adds Sales Navigator access, shared credits across the team, up to 12,000 exports a year, limited API access at 20 requests an hour and 60 a day, and team usage reports. CSV enrichment rises to 3 launches a month at 500 rows, and workflows to 3 launches a month (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). At $588 a year per seat for 1,200 phone credits, the effective cost of a direct dial on Starter is about $0.49, with work emails uncapped on top.

What does Kaspr Business cost and include?

Kaspr Business is $79 per user per month on annual billing or $99 billed monthly, in both dollars and euros. It includes unlimited B2B email credits, 2,400 phone credits a year and 2,400 direct email credits a year, which is 200 of each a month. On top of Starter it adds LinkedIn Recruiter Lite access, up to 30,000 exports a year, full API access at 250 requests an hour and 500 a day, and custom member permissions. CSV enrichment rises to 10 launches a month at 1,000 rows, and workflows to 10 launches a month (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). The jump from Starter to Business is $30 a month per seat and doubles phone credits while multiplying direct email credits by 40. If you prospect personal emails at all, Business is the plan that makes sense.

How much do extra Kaspr credits cost?

Kaspr sells top-up credits and publishes sample rates. Phone credits start at $0.36 each, with a 250-pack listed at $91. Direct email credits start at $0.16 each. Export credits start at $0.03 each at volume (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). Those are the rates that matter once the plan allocation runs out, and they are cheaper per unit than the effective in-plan rate: $0.36 for a top-up phone credit against roughly $0.49 for one bought inside the Starter allocation. Read that as a signal about which plan to buy. If you need more than 1,200 phone numbers a year, moving to Business at $79 a month costs $360 a year more per seat for 1,200 extra phone credits, which is $0.30 each, cheaper than the top-up rate.

What is the Kaspr export limit, and why does it matter more than credits?

Kaspr caps exports separately from credits, and the cap is the constraint most buyers discover late. The free plan carries a 100-export limit. Starter allows up to 12,000 exports a year. Business allows up to 30,000 a year. Export credits can be topped up from $0.03 each at volume (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). Revealing a record and getting it out of the tool are two separate meters, so a team that reveals inside the extension and then bulk-exports to a CRM burns both. Cleanlist runs no export meter at all: People Search and Company Search cost 0 credits, and getting the results out costs 0 credits. The only Cleanlist meter is enrichment, charged when data comes back.

Is Kaspr's unlimited email credit really unlimited?

On the paid plans, Kaspr publishes "Unlimited B2B email credits" on both Starter and Business (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). B2B email means the work address. It does not mean personal email: that is the separate "direct email" credit, allocated at 60 a year on Starter and 2,400 a year on Business. And unlimited reveals still run into the export cap of 12,000 or 30,000 a year. So the honest reading is that work-email volume is genuinely uncapped at the reveal step and capped at the export step. For a single seat doing high-volume work-email prospecting, that is a strong allowance and cheaper per address than any per-credit model, including Cleanlist's 1 credit per verified email.

How does Kaspr's pricing compare to Cleanlist's?

The two meters are built differently, so compare the job rather than the sticker. Kaspr charges per seat at $49 or $79 a month annual, gives unlimited work emails, meters phones and personal emails, and caps exports. Cleanlist charges per plan with seats included, meters enrichment only, and does not meter search or export: Starter is $79 a month for 1,500 credits and 2 seats, Pro is $229 for 5,000 credits and 5 seats plus API access, Scale is $599 for 15,000 credits and 10 seats, and annual billing is 25% off. A verified email costs 1 credit, a direct dial 10, both together 11, and a company enrichment 1. On Cleanlist Pro at about $0.046 a credit, a direct dial is about $0.46 against roughly $0.49 inside the Kaspr Starter allocation.

Which is better for phone numbers, Kaspr or Cleanlist?

They source them differently, and that is the whole answer. Kaspr reveals a number from the Cognism data estate it is part of, with allocations of 1,200 a year on Starter and 2,400 on Business. Cleanlist queries 25+ providers per request and returns the first verified result, which is how it reached 85% direct dial across 500 stratified B2B leads in the Cleanlist 500-Lead Enrichment Benchmark, 2026, alongside 98% verified email, while single-source providers returned 30-60% phone on identical input. Cleanlist charges 10 credits for a direct dial and nothing at all when no number comes back. If your hit rate on a single source is already good enough, Kaspr's per-seat allocation is the simpler purchase. If you are losing a third of your list to misses, a waterfall is what changes the number.

Does Kaspr have an API, and on which plan?

Yes, and it is tiered. The free plan has no API access. Starter has limited API access at 20 requests an hour and 60 a day. Business has full API access at 250 requests an hour and 500 a day. Zapier is unavailable on the free plan (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). Those Starter limits are low enough that any automated workflow will need Business. Cleanlist gates its API by plan too: REST API v2, roughly 30 endpoints, unlocks on Pro at $229 a month, and the MCP server at mcp.cleanlist.ai is in beta with 30+ tools. The Cleanlist API takes structured filters rather than natural language, and every paid MCP operation returns a signed cost quote before it runs.

How much does Kaspr cost for a team of five?

Five seats on Starter at $49 per user per month annual is $245 a month, or $2,940 a year, with unlimited work emails, 6,000 phone credits a year across the team and 60,000 exports. Five seats on Business at $79 annual is $395 a month, or $4,740 a year, with 12,000 phone credits and 150,000 exports (kaspr.io/pricing, September 1, 2026). Credits are shared across the team on both paid plans, which softens the per-seat model. For the same five people, Cleanlist Pro is $229 a month flat and includes 5 seats and 5,000 credits a month, which is 60,000 credits a year, and 25% off on annual billing brings it to about $2,061 a year.

Who should buy Kaspr, and who should not?

Buy Kaspr if your prospecting happens inside LinkedIn and Sales Navigator and your primary need is work email at volume, because unlimited B2B email credits at $49 a seat annual is hard to beat per address. Buy Business rather than Starter if you need personal emails or more than 1,200 phone numbers a year per seat, because the direct email allocation goes from 60 a year to 2,400. Do not buy Kaspr expecting the free plan to be a working tier: 5 phone credits a month and a 100-export lifetime cap is an evaluation allowance. Do not plan a high-volume CRM sync on Starter without checking the 12,000-export-a-year cap and the 20-requests-an-hour API limit first.

For context on the parent company, Cognism publishes no dollar price at all. Its pricing page states that "Cognism pricing is tailored based on the product you need, your team setup and how you plan to use the platform", describes Sales Prospecting in Standard and Pro packages with "5 seats included", and says "One credit is used each time a contact record is revealed" (cognism.com/pricing, checked September 1, 2026).
