The short version

ZoomInfo Copilot is ZoomInfo's AI layer for sellers. It ranks accounts by buying signals, finds the buying group in each account, writes talking points and email drafts, and builds account briefs, all on ZoomInfo's own contact and intent data. ZoomInfo sells it in two plans, Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise, and publishes no price for either. One change matters before you sign: ZoomInfo's AI reference page, updated October 2026, says Copilot's engine "is now GTM Workspace's native agent layer and is not sold as a standalone product." Cleanlist AI sells a competing product, so read this as a vendor's review.

Facts checked October 3, 2026. Every ZoomInfo fact below comes from ZoomInfo's own pages: the Copilot page, the pricing page, the AI information page and llms.txt, the GTM Workspace and GTM Studio pages, the data page, GTM.AI's pricing page and three posts on ZoomInfo's Pipeline blog. The one outside figure is Vendr's contract median, labeled where it appears. Cleanlist AI did not run a project through Copilot for this review. Cleanlist AI's own plans are on the pricing page.

What is ZoomInfo Copilot?

ZoomInfo Copilot is the AI assistant inside ZoomInfo's sales product. ZoomInfo's page title calls it "Your AI Sales Agent," and its FAQ describes "an AI-powered pipeline engine that automates prospecting, personalizes outreach, and manages follow-ups." In practice it reads ZoomInfo's contact data, intent signals and your CRM, then tells a seller which accounts to work, who to contact there and what to say.

ZoomInfo's Pipeline post on the launch describes Copilot as unifying "first-party CRM data and ZoomInfo's best-in-class data" and applying generative AI to pick out what sellers need. The Copilot page lists Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong as the tools it connects to.

Is ZoomInfo Copilot still sold?

Yes, on ZoomInfo's pricing page. ZoomInfo's own AI reference page says otherwise, and the gap is worth knowing before a renewal.

ZoomInfo's AI information page (last updated October 2026) lists "ZoomInfo Copilot" under names that are no longer current, with this note: Copilot's AI engine "is now GTM Workspace's native agent layer and is not sold as a standalone product." ZoomInfo's llms.txt says GTM Workspace, launched in October 2025, "succeeds 'ZoomInfo Copilot.'"

The commercial pages had not caught up on October 3, 2026. The pricing page still sells Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise, each with a "Start free trial" button, and zoominfo.com/copilot still describes Copilot as its own product, with an FAQ that splits the two: Copilot "is built for sellers and top-of-funnel pipeline generation," while GTM Workspace "is designed for AEs, AMs, and Leaders managing complex deals."

For a buyer, the practical step is simple: ask which product names will appear on the order form, and get the Copilot features you are paying for listed by name.

What ZoomInfo Copilot does

ZoomInfo's Copilot page groups the product into four jobs.

  • Find and rank accounts. Copilot ranks accounts on ZoomInfo's buying signals, and "priorities update in real time as new signals come in," with alerts for growth opportunities.
  • Find the buyers. Copilot "pinpoints the actual buyers in each account," and Copilot Advanced adds an AI-generated buying group and buying group filters.
  • Prepare for the meeting. Copilot "assembles contacts, org charts, account history, and company updates in seconds." Copilot Enterprise adds AI account summaries and Copilot chat for questions about one account.
  • Write and follow up. Copilot turns company updates, intent data and org changes into talking points and email drafts, flags prospects who re-engage or go quiet, and says CRM fields, reminders and sequences update automatically. ZoomInfo's page puts "email drafting, research, and sequencing" in the same workspace.

ZoomInfo backs the page with customer figures: Seismic reports a 54% lift in customer engagement and more than 11 hours saved per rep each week, and Spekit says opportunities at higher-scoring accounts were 43% more likely to become qualified pipeline. Both are ZoomInfo's case studies.

ZoomInfo Copilot plans and what each includes

ZoomInfo's pricing page lists three sales plans. Copilot features start on the second.

How much does ZoomInfo Copilot cost?

ZoomInfo publishes no price for Copilot Advanced or Copilot Enterprise. Its pricing page says price depends on "features and functionality, number of licenses, credit usage," and that a credit is spent when someone exports a contact or company profile.

ZoomInfo's own Pipeline post on cost (updated July 7, 2026) adds the contract terms:

  • "No specific dollar amounts are published" because pricing is consumption-based and custom-quoted.
  • "Most paid plans are billed annually upfront," and monthly billing is not standard.
  • Paid plans include a minimum number of seats; ZoomInfo gives no number.
  • "Renewal pricing can increase from the initial contract rate."

ZoomInfo's AI information page goes further and says ZoomInfo "does not use fixed seat tiers," and that third-party price figures are estimates or out of date.

The best public benchmark is third-party and covers ZoomInfo as a whole: Vendr's buyer guide (updated February 2026) reports a median contract of $33,500 a year, from $7,220 to $155,730. It has no Copilot line. The ZoomInfo pricing guide breaks down how a ZoomInfo contract is built and where buyers negotiate.

Two cheaper doors into ZoomInfo exist, though neither is Copilot. ZoomInfo Lite is a permanent free plan with 10 credits a month. GTM.AI, ZoomInfo's API, CLI and MCP product, starts free with 1,000 data credits and 1,000 AI credits, then charges $0.05 per AI credit and $0.45 down to $0.25 per data credit, from $20. Its AI credits pay for research agents and email drafts, which you can run in Claude or ChatGPT through ZoomInfo's MCP server. The ZoomInfo MCP server review covers that route.

Copilot vs GTM Workspace vs GTM Studio

ZoomInfo's AI now sits in four products. The names overlap, so here is how ZoomInfo's own pages divide them.

Agent TeamsRevOps, marketing ops, sales leadersTeams of agents that run whole plays: inbound activation, champion re-engagement after a job change, closed-lost win-backLaunched October 2026 in GTM Studio, no separate SKU; billed in AI credits on your ZoomInfo contract

Agent Teams is built on technology from DoubleO.ai, which ZoomInfo acquired. ZoomInfo's launch post says a "Pause for Review" step for human approval "is on the roadmap for a future release," with admin dashboards, role-based access and credit visibility in place today. GTM Workspace's AI Docs send through Gmail, Outlook, Outreach or Salesloft, and it syncs with Salesforce, HubSpot and Microsoft Dynamics.

What Copilot runs on: ZoomInfo's data

Copilot works on ZoomInfo's own database. ZoomInfo's data page claims 500M+ professional profiles, 122M+ companies, 300M+ verified emails and 135M+ phone numbers, with a 96% email deliverability rate and 87% mobile number accuracy, plus intent across 4,500+ topics. The Copilot page itself says "300M+ contacts," so the figure depends on which page you read. ZoomInfo's AI page credits 300+ human researchers who verify records.

The intent layer is ZoomInfo's main difference from contact-data tools. Buyer intent, website visitors, champion tracking and earnings call signals are what Copilot ranks accounts on, and they start on Copilot Advanced.

Where ZoomInfo Copilot is strong

  • Signals and contacts in one screen. Intent, website visits, job changes and job posts sit next to the people to contact, so ranking and prospecting happen together.
  • Buying groups. Copilot proposes the group of people to engage in an account, which saves the account-mapping step on large deals.
  • Meeting prep. Account summaries, org charts and Copilot chat give an account executive a brief in seconds.
  • The enterprise stack. Copilot connects to Salesforce, HubSpot, Outreach, Salesloft and Gong, and ZoomInfo lists SOC 2 Type II, GDPR and CCPA compliance.

Where ZoomInfo Copilot falls short

  • No published price, annual terms. Annual upfront billing, a seat minimum with no stated number and renewal increases make it hard to budget before a sales call.
  • Product names in motion. Copilot, GTM Workspace, GTM Studio and Agent Teams overlap, and ZoomInfo's own pages disagree on whether Copilot is still a standalone product.
  • Outreach usually happens elsewhere. The plan cards list "export emails to Outreach or Salesloft," and ZoomInfo's old Engage product page now redirects to a ZoomInfo and Salesloft partnership page. LinkedIn steps do not appear on any of the Copilot, pricing or GTM Workspace pages read for this review.
  • The good parts sit on the upper plans. Intent and buying groups start on Copilot Advanced; account summaries and Copilot chat need Copilot Enterprise.
  • One data source in the seller's tool. Copilot runs on ZoomInfo's database. ZoomInfo's 25+ vendor waterfall is in GTM Studio, still in early access.

Who ZoomInfo Copilot fits

ZoomInfo's own llms.txt describes its best fit as B2B companies with 100+ employees that run outbound prospecting, ABM or CRM data operations, and names "solo users who need only a few contacts a month" as a weaker fit.

Copilot fits sales teams at mid-market and enterprise companies that already buy ZoomInfo data, want intent and buying groups to decide where reps spend the week, and run Salesforce with Outreach or Salesloft for sending.

It fits less well for teams under about 20 sellers without a ZoomInfo contract, teams that need monthly billing, and teams that want the list, the verified contact data and a multichannel sequence in one tool.

Alternatives to ZoomInfo Copilot for smaller teams

Apollo

Apollo sells data, AI and sequencing per seat with public prices: Basic is $49 a seat a month billed annually ($65 monthly), and Professional, which adds Apollo's agents, is $79 ($99 monthly). AI research costs 1 credit per run, an email 1 credit and a phone number 8 (apollo.io/pricing, read October 3, 2026). LinkedIn steps in Apollo sequences are manual tasks.

Best for: founders and small teams that want one seat for search, data and email sequences.

Clay

Clay runs Claygent web research on every row of a table and Account Agents across segments, with a choice of models; paid plans start at $185 a month. It suits teams with someone to build and maintain the tables. The Claygent review covers the cost per row.

Best for: RevOps teams that want custom research and scoring logic they control.

ZoomInfo Lite and GTM.AI

If ZoomInfo's data is what you want, start with ZoomInfo Lite (10 free credits a month) or GTM.AI's free 1,000 data and 1,000 AI credits through its MCP server, before a Copilot contract.

Best for: teams testing ZoomInfo's data and research agents before an annual commitment.

Cleanlist AI (our product)

Cleanlist AI sells the prospecting loop as agents, with prices on the website. Clu, Cleanlist AI's GTM agent, turns one sentence into an agent that runs every week: search 1B+ profiles for people who match your ICP, research and score them, get a verified work email and phone number for each from a waterfall across 25+ providers, add them to a sequence and post the run to Slack. Sequences run email from each rep's own mailbox, LinkedIn steps and call tasks. Starter is $49 a seat a month and Pro, with agents and HubSpot, Salesforce and Pipedrive sync, is $89. Cleanlist AI sells no intent data, so teams that rank accounts on intent pair it with an intent vendor. Compare the two in detail on Cleanlist AI vs ZoomInfo, or see how agents work.

Our product

Cleanlist

Best for: B2B teams under 300 people who want verified emails and phone numbers from 25+ providers in one waterfall, paying only for results.

Cleanlist AI publishes this page. Accuracy figures are from our own benchmark, not a third-party test.

Cleanlist AI runs waterfall enrichment across 25+ data providers in sequence and stops at the first deliverable result, at 1 credit per verified work email and 10 per phone number. A missed email or phone number costs nothing. It returns 98% verified work emails and 85% phone numbers on the Cleanlist AI 500-Lead Enrichment Benchmark, which is our own test run on a 500-lead sample. Plans start at $49 per seat a month.

Clu, Cleanlist AI's GTM agent, turns one sentence into an agent that searches 1B+ profiles, enriches and verifies every person it finds, adds them to a sequence and posts each run to Slack, every week or on a CRM trigger.

Plans

Free plan 50 credits a month. Starter $49 and Pro $89 per seat a month, and every seat adds its credits to one shared balance. Enterprise is custom. 25% off on annual billing.

  • Outreach, Salesloft or lemlist, if your team already sequences there: Cleanlist AI pushes verified leads into them

The verdict on ZoomInfo Copilot

ZoomInfo Copilot is a strong buy for mid-market and enterprise sales teams that already pay for ZoomInfo and want intent signals, buying groups and account briefs to decide where reps spend their week. Its limits are commercial: no published price, annual upfront terms, the best features on the upper plans, and a product name ZoomInfo's own reference page has already retired in favor of GTM Workspace. Ask for every Copilot feature by name on the order form.

Small teams, and teams that want the list, the contact data and the sequence in one place on a monthly plan, have cheaper options above. More are on the ZoomInfo alternatives page, and Cleanlist AI's plans are on the pricing page.

FAQ

What is ZoomInfo Copilot?

ZoomInfo Copilot is ZoomInfo's AI assistant for sellers. It ranks accounts by buying signals, identifies buying groups, writes talking points and email drafts, and assembles account briefs from ZoomInfo data and your CRM. ZoomInfo sells it in the Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise plans.

How much does ZoomInfo Copilot cost?

ZoomInfo publishes no price for Copilot. Its pricing page says price depends on features, number of licenses and credit usage, and ZoomInfo's own cost guide says most paid plans are billed annually upfront with a seat minimum. Vendr reports a median ZoomInfo contract of $33,500 a year, a third-party figure for ZoomInfo overall.

What is the difference between ZoomInfo Copilot and GTM Workspace?

ZoomInfo's Copilot page says Copilot is built for sellers and top-of-funnel pipeline, while GTM Workspace is for account executives, account managers and leaders managing complex deals. ZoomInfo's AI information page, updated October 2026, says Copilot's engine is now GTM Workspace's native agent layer and is not sold as a standalone product.

Does ZoomInfo Copilot send emails?

ZoomInfo's Copilot page says email drafting, research and sequencing live in the same workspace. The Copilot Advanced plan lists exporting emails to Outreach or Salesloft and workflows for automated outreach, so many teams send from a separate sales engagement platform.

Is there a free version of ZoomInfo Copilot?

ZoomInfo's pricing page offers a free trial of Copilot Advanced and Copilot Enterprise. ZoomInfo Lite is a permanent free plan with 10 credits a month, and GTM.AI starts with 1,000 free data credits and 1,000 free AI credits, but neither includes Copilot.

What are the best ZoomInfo Copilot alternatives?

For small teams, Apollo combines data, AI research and email sequences from $49 a seat a month billed annually. Clay suits RevOps teams that build their own research with Claygent. Teams that want to stay with ZoomInfo's data can start with ZoomInfo Lite or GTM.AI before a Copilot contract.
