TL;DR

Snov.io costs $39 a month for Starter (1,000 credits), $99 for Pro S (5,000), $189 for Pro M (20,000), $369 for Pro L (50,000) and $738 for Ultra (100,000), or 25% less on annual billing, which makes Starter $29.25 a month. A found prospect or a verified email costs 1 credit, so a verified email runs $39 per 1,000 on Starter and about $7 per 1,000 on the larger plans. Seats are unlimited on every plan. Phone numbers are paid in enrichment tokens at $0.02 each, 10 to 22 tokens per number found, and Snov.io offers no refunds. We make Cleanlist, a data enrichment tool, so read this as a vendor's guide. Our own plans are on the Cleanlist pricing page.

Prices checked October 1, 2026. Every Snov.io price below was read off snov.io/pricing on October 1, 2026, and matches our price ledger and our B2B data pricing index from September 1. Billing, token and cancellation rules are quoted from Snov.io's own knowledge base, with links where they are used.

Snov.io sells two things on one subscription: finding leads and contacting them. That is why its pricing has two meters, credits for data and recipients for sending, plus a third, enrichment tokens, for phone numbers and extra data.

How much does Snov.io cost in 2026?

Snov.io's paid plans run from $39 to $738 a month on monthly billing, and 25% less on annual billing. A 3-month billing option takes 5% off. There is also a free Trial plan. Every plan includes unlimited team seats, which is unusual in this category.

The annual columns are Snov.io's 25% discount applied to its monthly prices. The page states the same saving in dollars, "Save $117/year" on Starter and "Save $297/year" on Pro S. The Trial plan's credits and recipients renew every 30 days, so it never expires, but Snov.io says plainly that it "is not meant to help grow sales."

What does a Snov.io credit buy?

A Snov.io credit buys one saved prospect, one email found by name and company, or one verified email address. The pricing page puts it this way: "Each email verification and each prospect costs 1 credit." Viewing collected company leads in database search also uses credits.

Credits come out of one pool that the finder and the verifier share. In database search, Snov.io says "you are charged not for the search itself, but for saving prospects and viewing collected company leads."

Recipients are the second meter. You are charged one recipient "when you first contact a lead via email or LinkedIn," and every follow-up to that lead in the same billing period is free. So a five-step sequence to 1,000 people costs 1,000 recipients, the same as a one-step send.

What does a verified email cost on Snov.io?

A verified email costs 1 credit when you save it from the finder, which puts it at $39 per 1,000 on Starter billed monthly and $29.25 per 1,000 billed annually, the figures in our September pricing index. The larger plans cut the unit cost sharply, because the credit allowance grows faster than the price.

PlanPer 1,000 credits, monthlyPer 1,000 credits, annualPer 1,000 contacts found and re-verified (2 credits each), monthly
Starter$39.00$29.25$78.00
Pro S$19.80$14.85$39.60
Pro M$9.45$7.09$18.90
Pro L$7.38$5.54$14.76
Ultra$7.38$5.54$14.76

The last column is the one to budget from if you check every address twice. Snov.io describes its finder results as verified, but some teams also run each found address through the 7-tier verifier before a campaign, and that second pass is another credit.

Snov.io makes the volume point itself: "one credit on our Starter plan costs 3.9¢ while on one of our most popular Pro M plans it's only around 0.9¢." It also means Starter is the plan where you pay the most for each lead.

What does a phone number cost on Snov.io?

Snov.io's phone numbers are paid in enrichment tokens, a separate meter from credits. Tokens cost $0.02 each in packs of 1,000 to 50,000, and each pack is valid for 90 days. Snov.io's token guide prices a phone number search at 10 or 22 tokens per prospect depending on the data provider it routes to, charged only when a number is found. That is $0.20 to $0.44 per phone number, or $200 to $440 per 1,000 found.

Every plan also includes a monthly token allowance: 25 on Trial, 75 on Starter and 150 on Pro S, per the pricing page. Plan tokens do not roll over; the guide says "Unused plan tokens don't roll over. On paid plans, they reset when your plan renews." At 10 tokens a number, Starter's allowance covers about seven phone numbers a month, so a team that calls will buy packs.

What else costs extra on Snov.io?

Three more things sit outside the plan price.

  1. LinkedIn automation. Each LinkedIn account you connect is a slot at $69 a month, or $62 a month on annual billing.
  2. Mailboxes and domains. Done-for-you Google mailboxes are $5 a month per account, and preconfigured sending domains start at $12 a year per domain.
  3. Extra enrichment. Company details, LinkedIn profile data and AI web search also draw on tokens, at rates the token guide lists per operation.

None of these is hidden. They are on the pricing page. They are just easy to leave out of a budget built from the headline number.

Do Snov.io credits roll over?

Snov.io credits roll over while your plan renews, and recipients do not. The pricing page now says unused credits "expire every 30 days, but can roll over to the next month when on annual plan or with enabled plan renewal." The billing FAQ adds that on annual plans credits "will accumulate throughout the year while the annual plan is active but will expire when your annual plan ends." Recipients expire at the end of each billing period.

Two catches follow. First, the rollover ends the day the plan does: when you cancel, unused credits, recipients, warm-ups and LinkedIn slots expire. Second, if you turn off automatic renewal, the FAQ says your plan becomes "a one-time purchase active for a single billing period," so its credits stop rolling forward.

How credits map to real work on Snov.io

Here is what three common jobs cost, using Snov.io's published credit rules.

  • Build and email a list of 1,000 new leads a month. 1,000 credits to save the prospects and 1,000 recipients to email them. That fits Starter exactly. Re-verify every address and it is 2,000 credits, which is two months of Starter or 40% of Pro S.
  • Clean an existing list of 10,000 emails once a quarter. 10,000 verifications, or 10,000 credits. On Starter that is ten months of credits. On Pro S it is two months. On Pro M it fits in one.
  • Add phone numbers to 500 prospects a month. If 300 numbers come back at 10 tokens each, that is 3,000 tokens, or $60 in packs on top of the plan. At 22 tokens each it is $132.

The pattern: Snov.io is cheap per credit once you are on Pro M or above, and it is expensive per lead on Starter. Phones are priced per number found, apart from the plan.

How do you cancel Snov.io?

You cancel Snov.io by turning off automatic renewal. Its guide says to go to the Billing settings and "set auto-renewal to Off," after which "your plan subscription will cancel automatically at the end of the current billing period" (Snov.io).

What to know before you do it:

  • You keep access until the period ends. "You'll keep access to your plan features and data export until the end of the billing period." Export your prospect lists and campaign reports before then.
  • Unused credits expire on that date, along with recipients, warm-ups and LinkedIn slots, and the account moves to the free plan.
  • Slots cancel separately. LinkedIn automation slots and done-for-you mailboxes each have their own subscription, and you need to "cancel each one separately."
  • Only the team leader can cancel on a team account.
  • There are no refunds. The billing FAQ says: "We do not offer partial or full refunds for monthly subscription payments and annual plan payments." Snov.io does review requests if you were charged by mistake or bought the wrong plan.

Because an annual plan is paid up front and not refunded, start on monthly billing until you know which tier your volume needs.

Is Snov.io free?

Snov.io has a free Trial plan with 50 credits, 100 recipients and 25 enrichment tokens that renew every 30 days, plus warm-up for one mailbox. It is enough to test the finder, the verifier and a small campaign on a handful of leads. The Trial leaves out integrations, bulk search, bulk verification, teamwork, the API and export, so it cannot run real outreach.

Verdict: is Snov.io worth the price?

Snov.io is worth it for a founder, an agency or a small sales team that wants to find, verify and email leads from one account, with everyone logged in on the same plan. The unlimited seats make it better value the more people share it, and from Pro M up a credit costs less than a cent.

It is worth less on Starter, where each lead costs four times what it costs on Pro M, and for teams that already run a sender and only want the data. If you call, budget the token packs on top of the plan. For other options in the same price band, see our Snov.io alternatives and our Snov.io review.

Snov.io pricing compared with Cleanlist

Cleanlist prices the data side of the same job differently. Starter is $79 a month with 1,500 credits and 2 seats included (an extra seat is $20 a month), and annual billing takes 25% off. A verified work email is 1 credit, a direct dial is 10, and a lookup that finds nothing costs nothing, because each contact runs through a waterfall of 25+ providers and is charged only when a verified result comes back. Searching is free.

At list price, Snov.io is cheaper per verified email, and at token-pack prices it is cheaper per phone number too. It also sends the campaign. Cleanlist is built for teams that want the email and the direct dial on the same row from one credit pool, each contact run through a waterfall of 25+ providers that stops at the first verified result. The way to decide is to run the same 100 rows through both. Cleanlist's 14-day trial gives you 250 credits and 3 seats on Scale, which is enough for that.

Frequently asked questions

How much does Snov.io cost per month?

Snov.io Starter is $39 a month, Pro S $99, Pro M $189, Pro L $369 and Ultra $738 on monthly billing, read on snov.io/pricing on October 1, 2026. Annual billing takes 25% off, so Starter is $29.25 a month ($351 a year). The Trial plan is free.

Is Snov.io cheaper on annual billing?

Yes, by 25% on every plan, and a 3-month option takes 5% off. Annual plans are paid up front and Snov.io does not refund them, so the saving comes with a year's commitment.

What is a Snov.io credit?

One credit buys one saved prospect, one email found or one email verification. Credits are shared between the finder and the verifier. Searching the database is free; saving a prospect costs the credit.

What is a Snov.io recipient?

A recipient is the unit Snov.io charges for sending. The first email or LinkedIn message to a lead uses one recipient, and every follow-up to that lead in the same billing period is free.

Does Snov.io charge per user?

No. Every plan includes unlimited team seats, and the team shares one pool of credits and recipients.

Does Snov.io include phone numbers?

Yes, through enrichment tokens. Each plan includes a few (75 a month on Starter), and packs cost $0.02 a token, valid for 90 days. Snov.io's token guide prices a phone number at 10 or 22 tokens depending on the provider, charged only when one is found, which is $0.20 to $0.44 a number.

Can I get a refund from Snov.io?

Generally no. Snov.io's billing FAQ says it does "not offer partial or full refunds for monthly subscription payments and annual plan payments," and reviews requests only for mistaken charges or a wrong plan.

How do I cancel Snov.io?

Turn automatic renewal off in the Billing settings. The plan stays active until the end of the billing period and then moves to the free plan, and unused credits expire on that date. LinkedIn slots and mailboxes are cancelled separately.
